Great location very close to the train station and main attractions. Rooms and bathrooms renovated,great bathrooms with marbles. Good breakfast. Recommended.

Good and unbeatable location with the train station close to the building.

(Location) good, very close to the train and bus station which allows you to move around easily. 10min walk from the center.(Rooms) the interior of the rooms are very nice.(Breakfast) acceptable with just good service. (Bathroom) Radiator in bathroom and strong water power. (Personal service) Very correct. (Details) Mosquito net in the perfect window. List of TV channels. Large window.

(Room) furniture requires an urgent Renove plan, just like the floor. Although they are functional, they are outdated and worn out, and need a touch of quality to be a 4 star. Small TV (carpets) like my grandmother's but more worn (bathroom) although the bathroom is acceptable, it loses with details: blackened but clean shower joints and lack of furniture or shelf where to leave things.

The venue has magnificent and incredible location to a square we loved to sit called Piazza Republica. The breakfast is extensive, offered with eggs and bacon, great coffee plus cheeses.

Hotel staff were wonderful and spoke enough English to be able to give us information about the hotel and Florence.

We didn't realize from the website that the Adler Cavalieri didn't have a restaurant on site. We assumed since they had a breakfast buffet that they did. We would have preferred having the option to eat a meal without having to leave the hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, located conveniently to sites in Florence, near to public transportation, both intracity & intercity.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was comfortable, clean, elegant and stylish. The location of the hotel was good as you need only five minutes walking distance to reach to the major tourist attraction places and very close to the main train station.

Although the hotel has beautiful architecture design and nice garden; however, the view from our window was expected to be more attractive.

Service was good: we were a group of 10 runners coming for the marathon and the hotel staff organized the transfer to the Bologna airport, we had a breakfast earlier and could keep one room to have a shower after running.
